Fleet Vehicles
Washington and Lee Auxiliary Services has transitioned from University owned fleet vehicles to utilizing Enterprise Rent-a-car for all vehicle rentals to satisfy your department travel needs. We will continue to assist you and your department, with any questions you may have in reference to your travel needs.

6 Passenger Golf Cart
Auxiliary Services has a six passenger golf cart available for campus transportation. The cart can be reserved by departments on a daily or weekly basis by calling Auxiliary Services at x8917. There are restrictions on where the cart can be driven including city regulations which prohibit us from driving on city streets. However, most parts of the campus are accessible. A map showing accepted pathways is available at the Auxiliary Services office. The reservation process will be similar to that used for University fleet vehicles. A charge of $50 per day or $200 per week will be made to the departmental account number provided when you make your reservation.
